 PL. Film Doroty Kędzierzawskiej traktuje przede wszystkim o potrzebie miłości. Bohaterkami są dwie fascynujące, małe dziewczynki. Kędzierzawska często pracująca z dziećmi tak o tym mówi: "Myślę, że trudniej porozumiewać się z dorosłymi, którzy udają, zakładają maski. Dziecko jest szczere: jeśli jest złe to krzyczy, płacze i tupie nogami, jeśli jest głodne - mówi, że chce jeść. Dorośli nie są tak otwarci." "Wrony" to opowieść o samotnej dziewczynce, która pozbawiona czułości matki, porywając inną, młodszą od siebie dziewczynkę wchodzi w rolę matki, tak jak sobie tę rolę wyobraża. Wielkością filmu nie jest postawienie diagnozy społecznej. Problem społeczno-psychologiczny opowiedziany został w innej, z pozoru obcej diagnozom socjologicznym poetyce. Bohaterka filmu porusza się w niezwykłej, poetycznej przestrzeni miasta i w obszarze nieograniczonego obszaru morza. Wolność małej pozwala jej w "magiczny" sposób anektować każdą przestrzeń. Porywając inną małą "wronę", z resztą za jej przyzwoleniem, przeżywają jednodniową przygodę. Kiedyś M. Tournier, wielki wielbiciel dzieci, utrzymywał, że dziecko w sposób naturalny odwraca się od rodziców, kierując się ku podbojom świata zewnętrznego. Reżyserka sytuuje obie bohaterki zarówno w krajobrazie Kultury (miasto), jak i Natury (plaża i morze); z tym, że niezwykłe dzieci, wolne i niebezpieczne dla dorosłych zdecydowanie lepiej egzystują w świecie Natury. Ten typ myślenia jest jedną z uniwersalnych figur wyobraźni naszego widzenia dzieci. Bez wątpienia Dorota Kędzierzawska, tak jak L. EN. A thin child of about 10, nicknamed "Crow" because she mimics the bird, has no friends and rejects a teacher's hug. At home, she is left on her own, her mom locks her out while entertaining a lover or is asleep. One morning, Crow sees a chubby, cherubic child hugged by both parents as the father leaves for work. When the toddler is left alone, Crow lifts her through the fence and kidnaps her. That day, Crow tries to mother the child, alternately playing with and scolding her, taking her to the beach, leaving shore in a boat, pushing her into the sea in a pique, and eventually carrying the sleeping child back home. Crow returns to her own mother and asks for affection.

When she begins to prefer a male closer to her age than the writer, the finality of the plot is set.

Along the way, they encounter a host of people ranging from their unwelcoming sister to a troubled maid and her violent lover. Eventually, they wind up on the doorstep of their father's compound, wherein the three of them are quickly reminded why they are estranged in the first place. Just as the walls are about to close in, their father packs up his brood and takes them on a road trip of his own. They join several militaria enthusiasts in a remote forest where they re-enact actual Vietnam War battles. Once in the "jungle," the three of them revert to hostile tendencies building up to a final confrontation between father and sons, leaving the audience to decide what is real and what is make believe.

After the child overcomes the initial shock of seeing her mother completely nude, insists on breastfeeding - a request which then the mother forcefully turns down. The film was banned due to issues of incest, murder, rape and contempt of court.

EN. Jeannette: The Childhood of Joan of Arc (French: Jeannette, l'enfance de Jeanne d'Arc) is a 2017 French musical film directed by Bruno Dumont. It was screened in the Directors' Fortnight section at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival. It was followed two years later by the non-musical sequel Joan of Arc which premiered at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, written and directed by Dumont and with Lise Leplat Prudhomme reprising her role. The script is an adaptation of the play "The Mystery of the Charity of Joan of Arc", written in 1910 by the Catholic author Charles Péguy.
France, 1425. In the midst of the Hundred Years' War, the young Jeannette, at the still tender age of 8, looks after her sheep in the small village of Domremy. One day, she tells her friend Hauviette how she cannot bear to see the suffering caused by the English. Madame Gervaise, a nun, tries to reason with the young girl, but Jeannette is ready to take up arms for the salvation of souls and the liberation of the Kingdom of France. Carried by her faith, she will become Joan of Arc.

 L'Eté de nos quinze ans est un film français réalisé par Marcel Jullian et sorti en 1983.
François, un petit garçon de cinq ans dont le père, André, tient un restaurant à Deauville, fait une fugue en compagnie de Malène Dupuis, la fille d'une célèbre cantatrice. Les deux enfants se réfugient dans le commissariat de la ville où leurs parents angoissés les retrouvent avec soulagement. Dix ans plus tard, François, devenu adolescent, atterrit par hasard en parachute dans la propriété des parents de Malène. Les deux jeunes gens se retrouvent le temps d'un bal puis se séparent lorsque les parents de Malène décident brusquement de partir pour la Camargue. François décide alors d'accompagner son père et son épouse pour retrouver la jeune fille. Tandis qu'André organise une corrida en l'honneur de Malène, cette dernière manque de se noyer dans le Rhône, avant d'être sauvée in extremis par Luc, un élégant jeune homme, qui aura une aventure avec sa propre tante. François et Malène se retrouveront à Pans où la jeune fille accordera enfin un premier baiser à son soupirant…
