Embittered for many years by the drowning of his little son Omar, the Sultan promises to aid the Witch of Evil in her effort to destroy a mysterious beauty named Anitia if the witch will restore the young prince to life. Nearby, the Arab Sheikh plots to seize the Sultan's lands by placing his beautiful but treacherous daughter Zarrah in the palace harem. Prince Omar appears by the seashore as Anitia, abducted from the Sheikh by a band of thieves, is taken to the Sultan's harem. Anitia's dancing so arouses the Sultan that Zarrah jealously locks her in a tower, but she escapes by diving into the sea. Finally captured by guards, Anitia is about to be executed when Prince Omar comes to her rescue. Next, Anitia is thrown into the sea, but she reaches safety in Gnomeland, where she learns that Zarrah has killed the Sultan and instigated a revolt against Omar. Anitia leads the gnomes to Omar's defense, but he accidentally slays her. When he rejects Zarrah's advances, she stabs him to death, whereupon his soul is reunited to the spirit of Anitia.

DE. Jauche und Levkojen ist ein Fernseh-Mehrteiler aus dem Jahre 1978, der von der Bavaria Atelier GmbH produziert wurde. Er basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Roman von Christine Brückner. Die Erstausstrahlung fand am 14. August 1978 im Ersten statt.
Der Mehrteiler schildert die ersten drei Lebensjahrzehnte der Maximiliane Irene von Quindt, die 1917 in der Endphase des Ersten Weltkrieges im Hotel Adlon gezeugt wurde, und im August des letzten Kriegsjahres auf dem im Besitz ihres Großvaters befindlichen Gut Poenichen in Pommern geboren wird (Drehort im Film ist Gut Sierhagen). Ihren Vater lernt sie nie kennen, da dieser an der Westfront fällt. Ihre aus Berlin stammende Mutter Vera, die mit dem Kind nichts anfangen kann, lässt das Kleinkind bald auf dem Gut der Großeltern zurück, um sich wieder in das Großstadtleben zu stürzen. Sie heiratet einen jüdischen Psychoanalytiker, der aus Wien nach Berlin gekommen war. Als dies in der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus gefährlich wird, reist ihr Schwiegervater zu ihr nach Berlin und verschuldet sich tief, um ihr die Flucht aus Deutschland zu ermöglichen. Maximiliane aber wächst – als Stammhalterin für das Adelsgeschlecht – bei den alten Quindts in Poenichen auf.
Die Episode "Wildwuchs" ist die 5. Episode der 1. Staffel der Serie Jauche und Levkojen.
Wie ihre Erzieherinnen, verliebt sich Maximiliane in Blaskorken. Dark Touch is a 2013 Irish-French-Swedish supernatural horror film that was directed and written by Marina de Van. The film had its world premiere on 18 April 2013 at the Tribeca Film Festival and stars Missy Keating as the sole survivor of a bloody massacre that caused the deaths of her family.
In a remote town in Ireland, eleven-year-old Niamh finds herself the sole survivor of a bloody massacre that killed her parents and younger brother. To help ease her trauma, dutiful neighbors Nat and Lucas take her in with the supervision of a social worker. Two 15-year old cousins, Iben and Sanne, are invited to spend their summer holiday with their aunt, the owner of a dilapidated spa in Eastern Europe. The aunt is an eccentric woman whose life is sustained by memories of a time long past; Iben and Sanne are eager and hungry for life. Soon after their arrival, they discover Felix, a young man who has pitched his tent in the aunt's large, overgrown park. All three women are drawn to Felix. Yet, while the aunt continues in her reveries and Sanne begins to play with the idea of a romance, Iben casts herself into a secretive, new world of longing and intimacy, love and separation.

NL. De Daltons gaat over de zes en een half jaar oude Tim die drie broers heeft: Jelle, Erik en de veel jongere Daantje. Samen met hun ouders wonen ze aan de Daltonstraat 123. Ze worden daarom ook wel "De Daltons" genoemd. In iedere aflevering maken de broers iets mee, waarbij alles door de ogen van Tim wordt bekeken. De ene keer mag Tim met Jelle en Erik in een tent slapen, de andere keer wil hij op blokfluitles. Ook komen er nieuwe buren wonen en maakt Tim kennis met Gijs-Jan, een leeftijdsgenootje waarmee hij ook geregeld omgaat.

The Candy Snatchers is a 1973 American exploitation crime film directed by Guerdon Trueblood. The film was unofficially inspired by the kidnapping of Barbara Jane Mackle. It stars Susan Sennett as a teenager who is kidnapped and held for ransom by three amateur criminals. The picture gained cult film status and received a DVD release in 2005.
A mute, autistic boy stumbles upon a teenage girl who has been kidnapped and buried alive by three young psychopathic criminals intent on extorting diamonds from her rich stepfather.
