The deserted and desolate rooms make him travel back in memory to the time when the war was ending. Episodes of family life pass before his eyes: father, mother, grandmother and six children, of which he, Silvano, the youngest, was made mute by the shock of a bomb exploding. He remembers the meetings with Crimen, an old man who lived alone on the mountain. People said that when he was young he ate his wife out of love for her. Fascism has crumbled. In the chaos of the Liberation, Silvano's father is threatened. The boy, returning home from a stay in the hospital, hears that Crimen is dead. After a fight with his father, Silvano runs away to the mountain to find Crimen, but after the long road there it's not the boy who arrives, but Silvano as an adult. He observes the refuge in which the old man lives, and is moved by the human words of solidarity that the old man used to whisper to him.

Gita hütet die Ziegen in einem Bergdorf in den Dolomiten an der Grenze zwischen Österreich und Italien. Ebenso rührend wie um ihre Lieblingsziege Pippa kümmert sie sich um ihre jüngeren Geschwister. NO. Filmen er basert på sagnet om Jostedalsrypa. Den store pesten i Norge ble kalt svartedauen og herjet i Europa rundt 1350. Den rammet Norge svært hardt og to tredjedeler av befolkningen døde. En av de viktigste bærerne av håpet om en nasjonal gjenfødelse ble sagnet om en liten pike som overlevde. Sagnet om Jostedalsrypa. Ola Solum har også regissert filmene Kvitebjørn Kong Valemon og Reisen til julestjernen.
Alt begynner med fest og moro. I en liten dal ved Jostedalsbreen på Vestlandet feires det bryllup på gården. Det er folksomt rundt familien til Maren. Liv Bernhoft Osa spiller moren til Maren. Vi får tiltro til henne som mor for Maren med sin breie dialekt og trygge favn. Det blir brått kaotisk og svært dramatisk da pesten kommer. Alle skriker og løper rundt og ber for sitt eget liv og sine kjære. Imens andre elsker som om det skulle være deres siste time. Noen kler seg naken og ruller ned en gressskråning. Imens holder Maren til oppe i fjellene der hun er trygg.
Det er hjerteskjærende å se den vesle jenta som plutselig opplever død og fordervelse rundt seg. Til og med foreldre er døende syke av pest, så hun ikke kan ha noe med dem å gjøre mer. Hun får ikke den omsorgen hun trenger og må klare seg på egenhånd. Hun begynner å snakke med seg selv og bruker det som trøst og leker med dyrene som er hennes eneste selskap. Hun har mareritt om nettene og har det tøft om kveldene når mørket kommer. Maren har blitt instruert av sin mor at hun må holde liv i ilden som er mye av livsgrunnlaget og måten å holde varmen på vinteren med...

The story is a semi-autobiographical account of Bat-Adams' own upbringing at a kibbutz boarding school. Her 1994 film, Aya: Imagined Autobiography (Hebrew: איה), revisits the character of Aya, who is now a married woman haunted by her past.
Aya (Einat Helfman) is a shy 10-year-old girl who has grown up in Tel Aviv. When her parents, who are both doctors, travel to Thailand as part of their work, Aya is placed in a boarding school on a kibbutz. As an outsider, she has difficulty adjusting to the insularity and unfamiliar values and practices of kibbutz society. She struggles to cope with the challenges of living with dozens of her peers in a communal children's dormitory where there is no separation according to gender.

IR. سازدهنی فیلمی ایرانی به کارگردانی امیر نادری و محصول سال ۱۳۵۲ است.
اميرو پسركي است ساده و سرشار از حركت، كه در حوالي بوشهر زندگي مي كند. او آن قدر افسار گسيخته است كه هميشه يك پاي دعواي همسن و سال هاي خودش است. عبدالله نوجواني است كه پدرش، براي آنكه او را به ختنه كردن راضي كند، يك ساز دهني به او مي دهد. بچه هاي بندر به ساز عبدالله علاقه مند مي شوند، و عبدالله در ازاي كولي گرفتن از بچه ها سازش را در اختيار آنها مي گذارد. اميرو بيش از ديگران به ساز علاقه مند مي شود، و بيش از ديگران به عبدالله كولي مي دهد. مادرش (شهلا درويشي) او را سرزنش مي كند و يكي از بچه ها او را «خر عبدول كل عبدالله» مي خواند و باعث مي شود كه او به خود بيايد و در پناه كشتي به گل نشسته اي، در سكوت، اشك بريزد. او، پس از اين كه در آب دريا آب تني مي كند، ساز دهني را از دست عبدالله مي ربايد و پس از عبور از كوچه پس كوچه هاي شهر بندري ساز را در دريا مي اندازد تا خود را از زير بار ذلت خلاص كند.
EN. Set on the sun-drenched southern coast of Iran, from which director Amir Naderi hails, "Harmonica" begins as a young boy receives a musical present from abroad. Fascinated and envious, his friends make him the leader of the pack, as they compete for the privilege of holding the harmonica or even blowing a few notes. No one is more obsessed than Amiroo, gentle and heavy-set, who seems willing to do anything to get close to the harmonica and its owner. Few films have more powerfully depicted the cruelty that is also part of childhood, as games and horseplay take on an increasingly sinister edge

FR. Une fillette de 6 ans, Sarah, s'enfuit de son orphelinat. Elle ne veut pas se séparer de son petit chien, Toto, qui lui donne beaucoup d'affection. Elle rencontre alors Aurélien Brada, ancien pilote de Formule 1, dont la carrière fut brisée à cause d'un accident. Aurélien Brada décide de protéger la petite Sarah dans sa fugue. Ils croisent sur leur chemin divers personnages (une folle échappée d'un asile, un éleveur de putois, des représentants de l'autorité, une noble au volant d'une Rolls Royce, Dédé-la-Terreur, des religieuses...) et sont poursuivis sans relâche par le commissaire Franquette. Après maintes péripéties, les héros s'enfuient en hélicoptère vers les rivages ensoleillés de l'Océanie.
