Pippi Långstrump är en svensk TV-serie från 1969 i 21 delar, baserad på Astrid Lindgrens barnböcker om Pippi Långstrump. Det var till största delen inspelad i och nära Visby och med barnskådespelarna Inger Nilsson ("Pippi"), Maria Persson ("Annika") och Pär Sundberg ("Tommy") i de centrala rollerna. På grund av svensk-tysk samproduktion deltog ett antal tyska skådespelare, vars röster dubbades till svenska i den svenska visningen.
Episode 01. Pippi flyttar in i Villa Villekulla.
Som vanligt när Tommy och Annika är på väg hem från skolan, går de förbi Villa Villekulla. Och som vanligt säger de "Tänk om det kunde flytta in någon där, någon som hade barn". Då ser de plötsligt någon röra sig därinne - en gullig liten apa! På verandan står en prickig häst, och inne i huset ligger det någon och sover med fötterna på huvudkudden. Från den dagen blir inget sig likt för Tommy och Annika.

Menuet is a 1982 Belgian-Dutch drama film directed by Lili Rademakers. The film was selected as the Belgian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 55th Academy Awards, but was not accepted as a nominee.
A young husband and wife live at close quarters in a small industrial town, where he works in the basement of a brewery, but she has designs on moving up in the world. The husband is fixated on keeping clippings of news stories about bizarre crimes and accidents - stories that are visually portrayed alongside the ordinary family dynamics. Aside from the young couple, a 14-year-old girl is there to help out with the household chores, and her detached spying on all covert activities (she observes the wife being raped by the brother-in-law) has a chilling undertone. Meanwhile, the morbid side of the husband draws him to the 14-year-old, and desires that had been dormant begin to surface. The couple, their relatives, and the domestic certainly seem trapped in a labyrinth that has no end.

Dette er en hjerteskjærende, vakker og rystende skildring av etterkrigstidens Bergen, sett gjennom lille Kamillas øyne, laget av en av Norges mest særegne regissører. Filmen ble i 1995 satt på UNESCOs liste over Norges 15 mest betydningsfulle filmer.

I'm Not Scared (Italian: Io non ho paura) is a 2003 Italian crime mystery thriller film directed by Gabriele Salvatores. Francesa Marciano and Niccolò Ammaniti wrote the script, basing it on Niccolò Ammaniti's successful 2001 Italian novel with the same name. The story is set during Italy's "Years of Lead", a time in the 1970s riddled with terrorism and kidnapping, and tells the story of a nine-year-old boy who discovers a terrible crime committed by the entire population of his southern Italian town.
While playing outside one day, nine-year-old Michele discovers Filippo, who is chained to the ground at the bottom of a hole. Michele witnesses town baddie Felice nearby and suspects something bad is happening. Michele is unsure whom he should tell about his discovery, eventually spilling the beans to his closest friend.

The plot is based on the arrival of Aunt Alejandra to a familiar household consisting of two parents and three children. A woman who is loving, in principle, suffers severe mood swings and strange things happen in her room quite regularly and that seems to be surrounded by an aura of mystery. Rejected by the eldest child, she only serves to bring misfortune to them since coming home. Auntie has a fortune that will surely help her relatives, but really begins to destroy the whole family with diabolical acts, and attempts to teach children witchcraft. When one of the children mocks her, she caused his death. When her nephew dismisses of his house, she chokes him in his own bed. When the older girl burns her face, Alejandra burns an entire room with the girl inside. Only surviving Lucía, the wife, and her young daughter, but she seems to have learned the secrets of Alejandra...
La Tía Alejandra is a curious and unusual, a rarity in the genre of Mexican Cinema. Not strictly a horror film, but conveys concern in many of its passages. It is not explicit in what it shows but rightly fiddles with witchcraft, curses, black Magic and Satanism. Not when graphic violence on screen display, but in a subtle way the sample with an elegant ferocity that causes discomfort even viewer. The staging of Ripstein is austere. But his control over the narrative tempo is excellent. With the atmosphere and the magnetic presence of a large Isabela Corona that from a physical get feeble and helpless to convey a menacing tone that seems unfeasible but for the good work between director and actress.

SE. Dårfinkar & dönickar är en svensk barn- och ungdomsserie som ursprungligen sändes i SVT under perioden 25 december 1988,-29 januari 1989 efter Ulf Starks bok med samma namn från 1984. Den har visats i repris flera gånger och finns sedan 2008 utgiven på DVD.
Simone är en flicka i 12-årsåldern. När hennes mamma flyttar ihop med nye killen Yngve och hennes hund Kilroy försvinner i själva flytten så klipper hon av sig håret i protest. I den nya skolan som hon börjar blir hon av misstag från början tagen för att vara kille och heta Simon, en situation som hon finner sig i direkt. Ganska snabbt blir hon accepterad av klassens övriga grabbar, och blir även föremål för tjejernas intresse, något som får vissa konsekvenser i hennes omgivning. Simones oförmåga att kunna förklara kombinerat med mammans och Yngves oförmåga att kunna förstå bäddar för komplikationer.

For Frédérique it's the year of her first serious love, her first foray into politics (the Algerian question and "ban the bomb"), her first kiss from an older man, her first friend who runs away, and her first loss of friendship over values. For Anne, who watches her sister closely, it's a year of her first period and of learning to talk to boys, dealing with unfair teachers, and sorting things out with mom after getting in trouble.

Naples. Selma har bestemt seg for ikke å interessere seg for gutter, hun mener gutter og menn kun medfører problemer. Det er tanten og onkelen et utmerket eksempel på, de har forsøkt å gifte seg flere ganger, men begynner alltid å krangle når det gjenstår noen dager til bryllupet.

Celia (also known as Celia: Child of Terror) is a 1989 Australian horror drama film written and directed by Ann Turner. The film centers on the title character, whose family becomes caught up in the midst of the 1950s Red Scare, with their responses leading to tragic consequences.
In suburban Melbourne in the 1950s, amidst the Red Scare and a rabbit plague, Celia (Rebecca Smart) is a troubled nine-year-old caught up in these events, as well as family crises, and whose response to them eventually leads to tragic consequences.

Die kleine Sabine lebt nach dem Unfalltod ihrer Eltern im Heim. Langsam lebt sie sich ein. In ihrer Erzieherin Edith sieht sie fast eine zweite Mutter. Als Edith wegen ihrer Schwangerschaft den Beruf aufgibt, bricht für Sabine eine Welt zusammen. Sie läuft aus dem Heim davon, irrt zwei Tage und Nächte durch Berlin auf der Suche nach Menschen, denen sie sich mit ihrem Kummer anvertrauen kann. Es gibt flüchtige Begegnungen in einem Zirkus, auf einem Ausflugsdampfer mit einem alten Mann, mit einem polnischen Jungen, der seine Eltern sucht. Irgendwann erkennt Sabine, dass alle diese Menschen ihr zwar gut sind, aber nicht auf Dauer für sie sorgen können. Sie geht zurück ins Heim, das doch ihr Zuhause geworden ist.

Helmut Dziuba, director of many children’s and youth film classics, tells his prize-winning story from Sabine’s subjective viewpoint. The film’s themes of loss, loneliness, and death stand out as markedly atypical and bold—especially, but not only in the context of East German cinema.
